Christmas part 3 - New Year's and Molly's Baptism

For New Year's we traveled to Green Bay to celebrate Christmas with my side of the family. We also celebrated Molly's baptism.
Grammie, Poppy, Mommy, and Molly after her Baptism on New Year's Day.

She did such a good job - she got water in her eyes and didn't cry!
Clint just got back from the cold Packer game which explains his rosy cheeks.

Grandma made her baptismal gown from her own wedding dress. Molly looked so beautiful!

 Grandma, Grandpa, Molly, and Mommy

 Avery  ringing his jingle bell

Rory touching the ornaments as usual!
They love their new animal slippers from Grammie and Poppy :)

Now once again, we forgot to take a family picture! So here are some pictures when we opened gifts...
Lauren sportin' her new dog Neil and Isaac wearing his new cowboy hat he got in Texas.

Aunt Sarah and Uncles Eric and Isaac
Samuel's head ;)

Here's Samuel again and everyone else trying to make Molly smile.

Christmas part 2

Wow. Looking back through our pictures figuring out what to post I'm reminding myself that we are truly blessed with such a loving God and family. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
 Our tree!
Molly was very exciting for Christmas! So many smiles!

On Christmas Eve we started a tradition of making Christmas Cut-out Cookies. The boys loved it!

We were blessed to have Mimi and Pops drive up from Texas to celebrate with us.
This was after we went to the Children's service at church.

The boys are a little excited!

They liked to touch all the ornaments on the tree!

 Molly and Mommy

Christmas morning the boys were working very hard to get all the presents unwrapped!

 They wore Molly out!

They loved their new sled - finally got to use it the other day!

Happy Birthday Mimi! The boys LOVE cake. Avery is trying to blow out the candles.

Thanks for a great visit, Mimi and Pops! The boys as you can see are looking more and more alike!
Avery  is on the left...I think ;)

Thanksgiving & Christmas 2011 part 1

These pictures are a little out of order, but I think you'll get the picture!

Molly watching her brother open her presents at Grandma and Grandpa's house.

Avery pretending that his plate is a violin and his fork is a bow! haha

Great Aunt Kay meets Molly :)
Great Aunt Kathy met Molly too, but for some reason I didn't get a picture of that!

Uncle Eric with Rory and Avery.

Rory protecting his little sister from the hanging hippo. Such a good big brother already!

Molly right before sitting on Santa's lap. She was very excited!

Rory and Avery dressed to see Santa - it was really strange weather outside so we ditched the coats and kept the hats since it was raining in December!

Happy Birthday Aunt Sarah! She loaded up her boys with Grandma to visit us over Thanksgiving. It was such a great weekend - good food, good company, and fun cousins to play with.

When they were here we all went to the Zoo Wild Nights to see twinkle lights and pet animals.
Best night to go - it was about 50 degrees! A heat wave!

The cousins had lots of fun :)
